BCGS Publications

The BCGS publishes a number of reference aids and works and makes them available to members and the public. These publications may be ordered by mail or they may be purchased at the Society's library.

The society publishes Journal of the Berks County Genealogical Society, a scholarly quarterly journal edited by Lois Ann Mast and Branches of Berks, a quarterly informal newsletter, co-edited by Ann Balderrama and Pauline Leffel.

We welcome articles related to Berks County families, places or events to be considered for publication in the Journal of the Berks County Genealogical Society. Articles are sent to the authors for their approval before going to press. Email articles (Microsoft Word format) to Lois Ann Mast, Editor.

Branches of Berks accepts genealogical queries of fifty words or less for publication without charge for members; a $3.00 donation is requested from non-members. Brief, humorous or informative articles relevant to genealogy and reunion announcements are welcomed. Email articles (Microsoft Word format) to Ann Balderrama.
